Muraqaba ha kya ?

Muraqaba ha kya . muraqaba ake rohani amal ha . log is ko kahe naam se janta ha , Taffakur, Tadhakkur, Muraqabah, Muhasabah, Insan Kamel, Naqshbandi Sufi ka tareeqa wegara , muraqaba usko kehta ha jo insan ake jaga pe beth kar sahih tawajo k sa
th apna zamir se information hasil karta ha jesa roh se ya apna demage ka khail se . is k liya insan ko belkul yaksohe ka sath muraqaba karna hota ha tab ja ka wo yeah sare information hasil kar pata ha

Assalam o alaikum...I am syed bilal fron lahore.i have seen ur article about muraqba on ur site,actualy i am very keen and interested in doing muraqba and i wanted to start it and could have started it way back but i was told by someone that one has to be a mureed of some sheikh kamil and only after ur sheiks permission u can do muraqa otherwise serious consequences would be faced by a person who do muraqba without sheikhs permission.i dont have a murshid kamil so am i not entitled to do muraqba,,???please shed some light on it,,,,,thanx & jazae khaira.....

WA ALIKUM ASALAM. ANY ONE CAN DO IT IN SPECIAL MEDETAION YOU NEED TEACHER. YOU CAN START STEPS
1. DO WUZU
2. SAK TWO RAKAT FOR STARTING
3. SAY YOUR PRAY THAT DOING TO SEEK ALLAH RASOOL(SAW) LOVE WITH AUWAL AKHIR DAROOD SHAREEF
4. SEEK CONFORTABLE POSITION
5. DO HISAR. SURAT FATIYA. AYATAL KURSI.SURAT KAFIRON 1 TIME. REST ALL THE KULS EACH THREE TIMES THEN AOUZUBILLA 3 TIMES ASTAGFAR 3 TIMES DAROOD E PAAK 3 TIMES . SAY 3 TIMES LAHOLA WALQUWATA 3 TIMES.THEN 3 TIMES 3RD QLMA 3 TIMES LAST 3 TIMES KALMA BLOW ON YOUR HANDS AND BLOW ON YOUR CHEST AND PORAY JISAM PER HAAT MALO THEN YOU WILL BE IN HISAR POSITION. NEAGTIVE SOURSE WILL NOT ENTER. THIS IS NORMALLY EVERY PERSON SHOULD DO ON DAILY BASIS AS SOON HE WAKE UP IN THE MORNING AND WHEN MAGRIB TIME IS NEAR.
7.CLOSE YOUR EYES IF POSSIBLE IN DARK ROOM ELSE CAN USE A CANDLE LIGHT AVOID ANY ELECTRIC LIGHT BUT IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO MANAGE CANDEL LIGHT NO PROBLEM USE SMALL BULB LIGHT. ACTUAL WHY DARK BEUCASE TO SHUTDOWN ALL THE OUTSIDE ACTIVATION. START ACTIVATION OF INNER BODY. START DO ZIKAR ALLAH HOO AS MUCH AS YOU CAN 5 TIME 10 TIME 20 TIME THEN SAME WAY MUHAMMAD(SAW) NAME AS MUCH AS YOU CAN COMPLETE EACH TIME WITH ANY DAROOD.

THEN START MURAQBA.
NOT TO THINK ANY THING NOTHING AT ALL DONT DO ANY WRID NOTING JUST STOP THINKING TRY TO DISCONNECT ALL THE OUTSIDER CONNECTION THIS CAN BE DONE AT ANY TIME BUT GOOD TIMINGS AFTERNOON WHEN EVERBODY IS SLEEP BUT BEST TIME NIGHT TIME TAHAJUD TIME AND BEFORE SLEEPING.
SO YOU NEED TO MAKE YOUR MIND QUITE IT WILL TAKE TIME TO REACH THIS STAGE MAY BE 10-15-DAYS OR 1 MONTH OR 3MONTH. DEPEND BUT IN THE MEAN TIME YOU WILL SEE YOUR SELF AND GAIN LOT OF KNOWLEDGE ACTUALLY WHO EVER UNDERSTAND SELF WILL LEAD A WAY TO ALLAH.

AOA...mujhay muraqba karnay ke ijazat chaey or koe behtar or munasib tareka jiss say main apna nafs kabo kar sakon or apna khud muhasba kar sakon. Meharbani farma k rahnumaai farmaey.. Muhammad Akhlaque from malaisya.
